Ghion Peace Reconciliation and Development Association (GPRDA) organized a one-day panel discussion with representatives of different CBOs on the role of grassroots institutions in social cohesion on October 8, 2024 at Haz Hotel. The panel discussion event was organized as a follow-up to the weeks of coaching and mentorship of clustered trainees of capacity development training in Gondar City. The panel discussion aims to ensure that the previously delivered capacity development training for grassroots institutions has a multiplier impact on reaching wider networks at the community level. It also aimed at creating mutual understanding among grassroots institutions to play a role in intra- and inter-regional social cohesion and peace-building initiatives.
